Genmatix LTD ensures that all analyses are conducted with precision and professionalism. Therefore, all services are considered final once initiated.

In the rare case that an error occurs in the data analysis, Genmatix LTD will work with the customer to resolve the issue. This may include reanalyzing the data at no additional cost, depending on the nature of the error.
